The Role Of HAYS Website Support Officer
HAYS Website Support Officer will especially offer support to website users through the online support tool, responding to emails and other means of engagement.
This role is primarily responsible for staffing a chatbot so as to aid and provide guidance on navigating the Energy Compare website.
Assisting with giving feedback to the management team of ongoing issues, improvements, and giving consumer feedback.
This is a peculiar role within the Energy Sector Reform division, as it directly deals with the public on a daily basis. The position may also involve shift work, in response to extended hours of operation.
HAYS Website Support Officer Accountabilities:
- Staff the LiveChat application by rendering customer service support while they navigate the website
- Act as customer service support via e-mails and other communications medium such as LiveChat out of hours messages
- Give consumers issues feedback and ideas about Victorian Energy Compare.
- Provide support to the Engagement Team so as to prepare for community engagement sessions.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
The successful applicant will have customer service experience and communication skills with a strong consumer focus.
Ability to identify a problem and solve them quickly, exhibit planning and organizing skills, as well as a strong understanding of the retail energy market and regulatory experience, is preferred.
